Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe, a singer-songwriter of country music from the USA. After the release of two singles as well as an album called Satisfied in 2007 she formed the group Pistol Annies with Angaleena Presley and Miranda Lambert and released her 2nd album titled Like a Rose in 2013. Ashley Monroe, Assistant Village Manager of the village of Riverside Illinois has more than fifteen years of experience in working in the government sector. The last five years she worked in the public sector. years working in Iowa City as the Deputy City manager. As the Assistant Village Director she is responsible for The Community Development and Building Department. This includes coordinating grant applications and finishing special projects. Ashley's role at Riverside is to assist with the day-to-day operation of village services, and to implement the strategy laid out by elected officials. Prior roles include the municipal planning, budgeting for communications, staff management, collective bargaining, with a focus on climate-related initiatives.
